What’s our return policy?

On our new aftermarket products we have a six (6) month warranty with replacement parts or new replacement component and returns freight paid  - pending inspection.

Pending inspection - Is necessary to clarify that the failure of the part or component was not caused by abnormal operating conditions either from incorrect installation by an unqualified person or failure of other parts or components on the machine.

Do we ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries by our shippers and be unloaded safely and expediently.

What information do we need to take your order for a part or component ?

You will need the correct part or component description, information on the machine's  identification plate i.e.; model and serial #, year of manufacture and engine # (if engine parts or auxiliary equipment are required for it).

What are our terms of payment?

We accept wire transfers, credit cards, checks and cash. If you have an account with us, a purchase order will suffice and payment is received in 15 days net of purchase.

How quick can we supply an out of stock part?

Depends on the weight and the urgency but if we cannot source your part locally and it needs to be air freighted from one of our overseas manufacturers, a component under 100 lb. will be - 3 to 5 days and over 100 lb. - 7 to 10 days.

Do we sell direct to the public?

Yes we do, however your prices will be competitive for a retail customer.

Do we buy and sell used equipment?

Yes we do but mostly to part out. Also we are always on the lookout for  component cores, so if you are cleaning out your shop or lay down yard, give us a call and tell us what you have. Your enquiries are always welcome.
